An expert in human performance, Jayne Phillips, SPHR, knows what it takes to manage talent, drive performance, and run an effective organization. Before launching Creative People Results, LLC; Jayne worked in corporate and divisional business operations, overseeing human resources functions, organizational effectiveness and human capital programs. Jayne has many years of experience as an operational manager, which enhances her ability to best align talent to operational needs.

Jayne has worked in a variety of industries; including real estate, construction, information technology and telecommunications. She has also consulted for businesses in real estate development, healthcare, hospitality, and financial services and government agencies. Jayne is a professional Career Transition Coach and is actively involved with Fresh Start Women’s Resource Center as a Career Coach and Workshop Developer/Presenter.
